REGULATIONS
General conditions:1.Web page Umazano, a property of Laboratoriumm Anna Konkel-Zając company, the only owner of Umazano brand and sign, enables shopping via the Internet.
2. Prices of the commodities in Umazano are in a Polish currency PLN, VAT included.
3. The e-mail address, telephone number and the address details of the user may be employed to complete the order.
4. The priority in completing the order is to send the order beforehand by going through the procedure of making orders at www.umazano.pl.
5. Each order, prior to being actually conducted, is always confirmed by Umazano via telephone or e-mail, in three working days from the date of getting the order.
6. The orders not confirmed within the abovementioned period are not completed – the customer is immediately informed about that fact via e-mail.
7. If the circumstances don't let us, temporarily or completely, to proceed with the order, Umazano has the right to hold the realization of the order – the buyer will be immediately informed about it.
8. It is important to know that the colours of furniture, depending on the angle and light, may be slightly diffferent from the real colours in daylight. These differences, however, do not change the furniture in any negative way.
9. The product bought is sent to the address given in the form, up to 7 weeks from the day of confirmation.
10. Transport within Poland is included in the price.
11. The buyer agrees to accept the product he/she bought, unless it differs from the description or is damaged. In case of damage, the buyer prepares a protocol of damage in the presence of a courier.
12. Umazano does not bear responsibility for the quality of service presented by the courier.
13. The customer may return the product within ten days from the date of purchase, yet it applies only to transactions in Poland. In case of resignation, a written statement about withdrawing from the agreement should be sent within the abovementioned period. The product should be carefully packed and sent in good condition in ten days from the purchase date; Umazano should be informed about the necessity of collecting the package. The costs of return are on Umazano, after prior agreement on the conditions of transport. Repayment for the furniture is transferred to the customer’s account in 20 days.
14. Point 13 does not apply to the furniture made according to individual order and customer’s specification.
15. Money postages to Umazano or Laboratoriumm will not be accepted unless not agreed on beforehand.
16. If the returned product shows signs of damage and excessive usage, or in case of loss, the customer has no right to the repayment.
17. Returns are possible only after showing a proof of purchase /VAT invoice
Payment And Delivery: 1. It is possible to choose a form of payment for the ordered product:
- bank transfer- in that case the product is sent after the payment comes in the Umazano bank account

2. The buyer agrees on payment in the way the seller determines.
Guarantee and claim
1. There is a 12-month guarantee on Umazano products.
2. The basis for claiming for refund is the original proof of purchase or the VAT invoice.
3. The term of considering the complain is 7 days.
4. The costs connected with the activities undertaken to exclude the fault are on Umazano (yet it applies only to transactions in Poland).
5. Defects reported early will be removed fast.
6. Guarantee does not cover faults appearing due to the inappropriate use and care of the product.
In cases not regulated by these regulations, the regulations of the Civil Code, the Act of consumer rights protection and the Act of liability for damage by a dangerous object will aplly, from 31 March 2000, Register Book no 22, entry 271.
